One person on the planting form, a whole intake on the list. Each tree costs €5.

For the first morning.
No. Use the planting form: tick "This is a gift", choose "New colleague" and write their name. The card is ready right after payment.
The card is sent right after payment. Order on their first morning, or order earlier and print the card for their desk.
Yes, on the list form. Choose "Send me an invoice" and pay by bank transfer within 7 days. The cards go out when the payment arrives.
€5 per tree including VAT. Companies outside the EU, and companies in another EU country with a valid VAT number, pay without VAT.
