The card is an A5 PDF in landscape, so it is bigger than a small tent card. Print it and set it by each guest's plate, or fold it in half and stand it on the table.
No. Without an e-mail you print the card yourself. With one, we send the card to that guest after payment.
The trees appear on the leaderboard under each guest's name. Tick "Hide their names on the leaderboard" and they show as anonymous. The cards still carry their names.
Yes. Choose "Send me an invoice" on the list form and pay by bank transfer within 7 days. The cards go out when the payment arrives.
