Yes. Make a link above and add it to your invitation. Each guest plants and pays on their own and gets their own card. If a guest adds your e-mail under "Send the card to their e-mail", you receive their card too.
Search your names on the leaderboard: every gift planted under them shows there. There is no separate page or total, and a guest who ticks "Hide my name on the leaderboard" shows as anonymous.
Yes. One person places the order and writes everyone's names in the "From" field.
